Job Description
We are hiring an IT Support Technician to provide technical support to our clients across Nepal. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, set up networks, and ensure our clients IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Set up and manage local area networks
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues
- Install and configure security software
- Maintain IT documentation
Requirements
- 1+ years of IT support experience
- Knowledge of Windows Server and networking
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity
- Good communication skills in Nepali and English
- Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley
- CCNA or similar certification is a plus
